At Art Düsseldorf 2023, we are very pleased to present
a joint project with Klemm’s gallery

with works by

Ariel Reichman(PSM)and
Alexej Meschtschanow(Klemm’s).

Reichman and Meschtschanow’s artistic practice is united by the goal of creating art with political or social expressiveness. Their art addresses feelings of vulnerability and insecurity in a tangible way as they both analyze how identities can be reconfigured depending on the environment and question the role that memories of the past play in shaping the present.

Their joint presentation at Art Düsseldorf creates a space for active contemplation and addresses the urgency of art as a means for fruitful discourse about society in times when major global events and their repercussions penetrate deeply into the lives of every individual.
